The visit was to demonstrate his support for
farmers' markets during British Markets Month, which was launched on the 18th June with a reception in the Macmillan Room at Portcullis House,
Westminster, London, by the All Party Parliamentary Markets Group (APPMG)

The focus of the month is "fresh, tasty and local" and celebrates our heritage of markets including the revival of farmers' markets.
