This year's FARM & MORE conference was created with you in mind: we've packed so many amazing speakers into six themed streams of talks so that you can pick and choose to create your ideal conference, that you'll have trouble deciding what to miss.

Business Development
Dennis Reid, retail performance specialist and international sports coach, and Jurek Leon, marketing and training expert, offer a boost to your bottom-line, with tips on winning and increasing customer numbers, and using benchmarking for further development. Meanwhile Ed Garner of market research company TNS explores the latest food trends, retail successes and potential obstacles for 2010.

Food & Service
Where passion for food meets a head for business; join Thomasina Miers, former Masterchef winner, restauranteur, and food writer with inhouse FARMA stars from The Farmers' Cart and Bashall Barn, as we explore the age-old questions of creating the perfect menu that please customers and balance sheets. Plus sessions on front of house, running parties, cookery scholls and large scale catering events.

New Business
For those who are new to farm retailing, or want to explore new forms of farm diversification, drop in to one of our New Business Talks, covering everything from planning applications and investment, to developing your own product and taking it to market, with Gareth Jones of FARMA, David Mitchell of Rumwell farm Shop, Jon Edwards of Rhug Organic Farm, and Les Sayers of Tyrrells' potato chips.

Farmers' Markets
Politics and panache: farmers' markets are the shop window for the local food sector, and so need to keep the excitement, interest and professionalism higher than most. This stream explores the challenges and opportunities facing farmers' markets in 2010, with speakers Richard McCarthy of Crescent City farmers' market, Gareth Jones, Jurek Leon, Dennis Reid, and food writer and journalist Rose Prince

Farm Attractions
Farm & More is about all forms of farm diversification, and some farm attraction sites across the country are boasting pulling power to rival the larger theme parks. With top speakers Tim Rolling of Fishers Farm Park, Andrew Wolfe of Willows Farm Village, Tony Sefton of Vision XS, Angus Mewse of Maizescape and Rick Turner from the Big Sheep. Not forgetting FARMA chair Stuart Beare of Tulleys Farm. Large or small, this is about being the very best you can.

Green Themes
Kitkat has gone fairtrade, Waitrose is only using sustianably produced palm oil, Sainsburys has refitted a fleet of efficient fridges, and even Tesco is claiming to have halved the number of plastic bags given out. It's no longer enough to offer 'local' food and jute bags (although that's a good start). This stream is about taking Green to the next level in such a way as to boost your businesses' eco ego, and explore where investment now could save you money in the future. With Heather Parry of Fodder, Asher Minns of the Tyndall Centre, plus speakers from Field Science, Envirowise, the Carbon Trust and Tranisition Towns

Ooooo decisions, decisions...
