Ever considered making your own bread?



A new conference organised by Oxford based Community Group Landshare will be exploring the issues behind bread, from the politics of additives and wheat production, to the ingredients and methods for a really good loaf.

Speakers include BBC Radio Four's Sheila Dillon, Andrew Whitley (Baker and co-Founder of the Real Bread Campaign) and Felicity Lawrence (Author of Not on the Label), plus local bakers and millers.

The event takes place on Saturday 14 November at St Anne's College in Oxford.
