Musk’s are the Royal Warrant holders for the original Newmarket sausage & are based in Newmarket, Suffolk.
We have 130 years experience of making sausages, all starting in 1884, using a ‘secret recipe’ with a special blend of spices which are still used today. This recipe remains a closely guarded secret.
Musk’s have held four Royal Warrants since 1907 & won numerous Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food along with national awards in 2014 & 2015 during British Sausage Week.

Musk’s were also the first company to make a gluten-free sausage which also won a Gold Great Taste Award. Ideal for those with a gluten intolerance, it retains the succulence & flavour of our original sausage.
All Musk’s sausages are made to order & despatched same day for next day delivery, assuring the very best quality & a fresh product with excellent shelf life.
We only use prime British pork shoulder meat from outdoor reared pigs & all our herds have full traceability to satisfy peace of mind in the supply chain. We use bread instead of rusk which gives our sausages a tender succulence for which they are famed, as well as only using natural casings giving them a perfect bite.
We can supply loose sausages of any size if needed (i.e. canapé/cocktails to BBQ Jumbo 4s as well as our usual standard sizes).
Our most popular line is our Newmarket sausage alongside Pork & Aspalls Cyder, Pork & Leek, Gluten-free & Newmarket Chipolatas.
There’s also a very popular seasonal line, the Christmas Chipolata (Gold award AHDB Pork Foodservice Speciality Pork Sausage of the Year 2014 Competition).
We produce breakfast & catering sausages too, so we really do have an item to suit every menu.
