Feasibility Studies – An invaluable business tool especially if the client is applying for funding or a loan, this in depth report accesses the practicalities of the project by looking into the demographics, local competition, profit and loss calculations, and operations of the new project, our clients then have a full picture on their potential project that allows them to see potential obstacles and enables them to move forward with their project with confidence.
Farm Shops – Farm shops are becoming really popular especially with more and more consumers wanting to buy local produce. Our consultants work with our clients to take an empty building or new build and create a fully operational farm shop, from sourcing display units, shelving and furniture, through to food and drink souring and ranging, merchandising, and recruiting and training staff.
Café Restaurants – Whether it’s a new operation or a completely new project we will do everything from fitting out the café restaurant, sourcing and installing back of house and kitchen equipment, through to interior design and menu development, creating a fully operational café and restaurant for our clients.
Local & Regional Food Produce – We have a large database of artisan food and drink suppliers throughout the whole of the UK, which enables us to source high quality local (30 miles) and regional (60 miles) produce for our clients that are not available in the supermarkets.
EPoS System – This invaluable system enables clients to track stock levels, review top and low selling products, manage waste, and track customer spending. We install this system in for our customers, set up and load everything on the systems so its ready to go for our clients and their staff to use.
Menu Development – We create seasonal menus for our clients that incorporate local and regional produce that also intertwines products from the farm shop which enables an upselling opportunity and reduces wastage.
Product Ranging – With our knowledge of how the consumer shops we work with our clients to create the optimal flow of the products and floor layout for the shop which in turn increases revenue and reduces waste.
Recruiting & Training – This involves writing job adverts for our clients, advertising the jobs for them, screening applications, carrying out interviews through to training staff ready for their role.
Interior Design – Creating the right atmosphere and feel for our clients target audience is very important which is why we work with our clients to source the perfect furnishings, colour palette, décor and displays that appeals to the right market.
Product Development – Quite often our customers want to create their own range of branded products. We assist them in deciding on their range, improving existing ranges and consulting on their existing products. We help clients explore flavours, develop private label products, capitalise on new food trends and optimise operational costs.
Branding – From logo design through to signage, packaging, POS, uniform, business cards, and more, we create a brand that reflects the ambience the client wants to capture and appeals to the target audience.
Website Design – We create innovative websites for our clients that are interactive and easy to use. To create a strong visual branding identity we make sure the branding is seamlessly incorporated into the website design.
Marketing – Marketing now plays a massive part in any business, we take the hard work away from our clients and run their social media and blog for them, creating content, blog posts and building their audience and increasing their exposure.
Concessions – From sourcing the right concessions to agreeing terms, rent and fees, all the way through to creating contracts and overseeing the operation and guiding and offering advice when needed on product ranging, offers and promotions and product turnover to reflect the seasons. We help with all types of concessions not just food related this includes both manned and non manned.
