The FARMA Conference is the industry-leading event dedicated to farm retailers.
The conference attracts owners and senior managers from many of the country’s biggest and best farm shops, plus major farmers’ market representatives and other forms of farm retailers. Businesses attending will range in size from start-up enterprises to some of the UK’s leading retail businesses generating seven figure turnovers.
Over the three days, attendees will experience study trips, key note speakers, nights packed with entertainment, trade stands and competitions, all designed to give the attendees inspiration and support for the year ahead.
The Trade Show is on Tuesday 27th February, though the drinks reception 7pm-8pm prior to the dinner on Monday 26th will be held in the Trade Exhibition area. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend Monday night's drinks reception and dinner.

The FARMA Trade Show has been designed to bring the best suppliers in the sector and our farm retailing members together.
The Trade Show area will be the venue for the drinks reception from 7pm - 8pm on Monday 26th February. The main Trade Show day is Tuesday 27th February 2018 from 8.30am - 5.30pm, and runs concurrently with the conference sessions. The tea/coffee breaks and lunch are all served among the trade stands.
Standard 2m x 2m stands cost from £300 + VAT for FARMA Associate members (book online and enter the discount Coupon Code which you should have received by email). Larger stands are available by booking adjoining stands. The stands are not shell scheme, just floor space only. Exhibitors tend to use display stands or pop-ups as a backdrop to your stand space.
Set up is on Monday 26th February from 2pm - 5pm. Exhibitors are encouraged to join delegates for the drinks reception and celebratory networking dinner on Monday 26th.
Non-Members are welcome to book a stand and attend the networking events. The non-member rate for a 2m x 2m stand is £450 + VAT.
